宏观调控下建筑施工企业经营模式改革实证研究

从建筑施工企业经营模式改革顺应国家宏观经济调控政策的角度,对国家宏观调控政策实施两年以来,建筑施工企业的经营模式改革进行了实证研究。采用以企业资质等级分层随机抽样的方法,调查了建筑施工企业经营模式发展的现状。在数据处理的基础上,通过模型分析,研究总结了现阶段企业经营模式发展的实际需求和影响因素,并提出了相应的改革发展条件。

Empirical Research on Reform of Construction Enterprises Management Model under Macro Control

This paper makes a positive study of reform on construction enterprises management after two-year national macro control. With the method of random sampling of enterprises' qualification levels, this paper studies the development of management models of construction enterprises. It analyzes the real requirement and determinant for the development of enterprise management models based on the data processing and model, and it also puts forward corresponding conditions for reform and development.
