| Abstract: | ALDC is the key enzyme in the process of diacetyl formation, but there isn't the ALDC gene in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. So it is important that the ALDC genes stable and efficient express in yeast. Strategy of ALDC genes stable expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae was reviewed in this paper. |
