摘    要:简介了武钢氧气有限责任公司两套 30 0 0 0m3 /h空分设备氩气系统的生产流程 ;从操作因素、计控仪表等方面具体分析了氩气系统冷开车时间长的原因 ,以理论分析为基础 ,提出了具体的改进措施 ,缩短了在冷开车过程中氩气系统恢复的时间 ,达到了预期效果 ,获得了一定的经济效益。

Abstract:The process of argon recovery subsystems of two sets of 30000m 3/h air separation plants operated by Oxygen Production Co.,Ltd of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company is described briefly.The Causes of a long period of time to cold start an argon recovery subsystem are analyzed in view of operating factors and measuring and monitoring instruments etc.The precautions are set forward to shorten the recovery time of argon recovery subsystem in the course of cold starting.As a result,the expected results have been achieved and certain economic benefits obtained.
