基于系统论的并行协同设计方法研究

摘    要:针对复杂产品开发的特点,提出了并行协同设计方法。首先,基于系统论给出了并行协同设计的总体框架,提出产品的设计包括时间维的并行设计和空间维的协同设计;然后,研究了基于约束网络的并行协同模型的表示方法,提出了一致性检验算法以确定参数的区间,给出了多学科设计优化方法;最后,通过设计实例验证了本文方法的有效性。

Abstract:To deal with features of complex product development, the method of concurrent and collaborative design was presented. Firstly, the framework of concurrent and collaborative design based on system theory was established. Within this framework, product design included "time dimension" concurrence and "space dimension" collaboration. Secondly, the expression of concurrent and collaborative model based on constraint network was studied. A general consistency check algorithm was put forward to define the parameter intervals. The method of multidiscipli-nary design optimization was proposed to obtain optimized solution. Finally, a design example was analyzed to show effectiveness of this proposed method.
