流线形喷水孔内部流道型线对水针动力特性的影响

摘    要:采用大型流体计算软件(CFD)模拟了高压水流流经流线形喷水孔形成动力水针的过程,以调查流线形喷水孔内部流道型线对水针动力特性的影响。在数值模拟中,流线形喷水孔的出口直径固定,入口直径分别为0.19、0.26、0.32、0.40和0.46 mm。模拟结果揭示对于内部流道为渐缩型的流线形喷水孔,孔口内部流道的宽窄不但影响动力水针形成时的能量分配,而且能改变水针在大气中保持粘连柱状的长度。通过数值模拟,了解了水针动力特性随着孔口内部流道型线而变化的规律,为喷水孔的设计与选择提供计算依据。

Abstract:A CFD technique is employed to simulate the formation of the water-jets discharged from streamline nozzles to investigate the effect of the nozzle geometries on dynamic characteristics of hydroentangling water-jets.The nozzles have their outlet diameters fixed,but their inlet diameters are 0.19,0.26,(0.32),0.40 and 0.46 mm,respectively.The simulations reveal that the streamline nozzle geometry not only influences the energy allotment between the share as payment for nozzle resistance and the portion transformed into water-jet power,but also changes the intact length(the jet length that remains collimated and coherent) of water-jets.This computational scheme is validated by comparing part of the results with the available experiment data in the literature.
