重力热管式抽油杆柱传热分析及计算

摘    要:通过对重力热管式抽油杆柱传热特点的分析,给出了传热计算方法。结合辽河油田欢127-26-34井实际,选择工质A为传热介质进行传热计算,结果表明:其传热量达到13.68kW,能够满足现场应用的需要。此项研究为重力热管式抽油杆柱在采油现场的有效应用提供了依据。

Abstract:Through the analysis and calculation on the Heat Transfer Characteristics of the Gravity Heat Pipe Sucker Rod String approach the method of its heat transfer.Combine with Liaohe Oilfield Huan 127-26-34 Well actual situation,choose A as the working fluid heat transfer medium for the heat transfer calculation,the results shows that the heat could achieve 13.68kW,meet the on-site applications.This technology of gravity heat pipe in the oil field sucker rod provides the basis for the effective application.
