| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本一些钢厂为减少冷轧钢板表面线状缺陷、提高冷轧钢板质量采取的措施,即通过向钢水中添加稀土金属,实施电磁搅拌,降低氧化铝聚集,以及调整冷轧最终机架的工作辊粗糙度和压下率可有效减少钢板的表面线状缺陷。

| Abstract: | To reduce sliver and white-muscle defect of cold rolled plate,measures adopted in Japan were intro- duced.The both defects can be effectivly reduced by adding rare-earth metal into liquid steel,using electromagnet- ic stirring and adjusting the roughness and reduction of work roll of finishing mill. |
