摘    要:针对某电厂5-8号锅炉气力输灰系统运行中存在的问题,分析其原因,提出对气力输灰设备应用节流孔板的技术改造措施,并通过试验确定5-8号锅炉干除尘单元的节流孔板规格,通过节能改造保证了双套管输灰系统下料均匀性,减少了用气量,明显提高了机组运行的经济性。

Energy Saving Reformation of Pneumatic Conveying System

Abstract:This paper analyzes existing questions and reasons of ash conveying system,and proposes the technical reformation measure that are using throttle orifice for ash conveying equipment,and confirms all throttle orifices gauge of No.5-8 ash conveying system in some power plant through a series of tests,points out that the reformation makes the materials uniformity higher in dual-tubes ash conveying system,and at the same time reduces the pressured air consumption,and improves the unit operation economy.
