| 摘 要： | 在基于复杂网络理论进行电网结构脆弱性评估的基础上,建立综合考虑经济性、环境影响因素以及电网脆弱性的多目标输电网扩展规划模型.模型中的电网脆弱性指标结合电力网络本身的拓扑结构和运行状态,衡量电网规划方案下的网络输电能力以及网络对故障的耐受能力.将Pareto非支配排序与差分进化(DE)算法相结合,采用非支配排序差分进化(NSDE)算法对该模型进行求解,通过6节点系统算例验证了NSDE算法在求解多目标电网规划问题中的可行性.算例结果表明,所建立的多目标规划模型可以有效评估规划方案的网络脆弱性,对规划建设坚强的电网具有一定的借鉴意义.
