| Abstract: | Pit mud and mud fermentation pit are absolutely necessary in the production of Luzhou-flavour liquor, and the quality of pit mud and the proportion of length and width of the fermentation pit are of vital importance in ensuring the quality of liquor. Accordingly, distilleries especially those who produce Luzhou-flavour liquor should think highly of the cultivation of pit mud scientifically and logically and building of fermentation pit by full use of the spot scientifically.
