天然气合成氨厂技术改造的建议

摘    要:以沪州天然气化工厂为例,利用三段换热纯氧转化技术进行改造,在天然气耗量增加不多的情况下,可使氨增产1/3,并新增甲醇20万吨/年、联产醋酸16万吨/年,经济效益显著.建议先以新疆化肥厂的重油改为天然气作为技改试点,然后总结放大推广.

Abstract:Taking the case of Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Works as an example, by revamping with pure oxygen-partial oxidation and tertiary gas heated reforming technoloies the Works has increased its ammonia output by one third, newly added 200 000 t/d of methanol, and coproduced 160 000 t/d of acetic acid with little more natural gas consumption. The economic benefits are significant. It is suggested that as a first step and for pilot purpose the Xinjiang Chemical Fertilzer Plant should be revamped accordingly by transforming its heavy oil feedstock into natural gas, then, it should be summarized, enlarged, and popularized.
