摘    要:把锅炉用20钢管在开放式管道瞬时液相扩散焊机上进行连接,采用氩气保护,焊接温度1180℃、保温时间3min、中间层材料选用非晶箔BNi2,通过改变连接压力,研究其对连接接头组织性能的影响.结果表明,当连接压力为4MPa时,所得连接接头的性能良好,满足要求.

Effect of Bonding Pressure on Microstructure and Properties of TLP Joint of 20 Steel Pipes
Abstract:When the welding temperature is 1180℃, holding time is 3 min, bonding was carried out using BNi2 as interlayer in an argon atmosphere. The effect of welding pressure on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TLP bonding joint were studied. The element distribution of the joints was examined. The result shows that the best welding pressure parameters of TLP of 20 steel pipes is 4 MPa.
