摘    要:对1981-2000年中国电力工业发展规划及实际发展情况作了简要的回顾和总结;预测了2001-2020年中国发电量和发电装机容量发展水平;分析预测了2001-2020年发电能源构成及水电、核电、天然气发电、火电、新能源等发电量及发电装机容量构成情况;研究了各类发电装机发展情况、方向及问题,并提出相应建议;分析研究了中国各大电网发展及全国联网问题。

Abstract:The development scheme of power industry and its actual development from 1980 to 2000 are summarized and overviewed in this paper. The power generation of China and the total installed capacity of generators from 2001 to 2020 are forecasted. The power energy structure in China, including the power generation and installed capacity composition of hydropower, nuclear power, conventional thermal power, natural gas fired power and new energy source, from 2001 to 2020 is analyzed and forecasted. Various power generation equipment, their development and the problems which would appear are discussed, and some relevant proposals are suggested. Finally, the development of major power grids in China and the integration of power grids are analyzed.
