摘    要:开发了一个针对涡轮叶片模具活块的电极零件的CAD系统。电极设计与模具活块有直接的几何相关关系。在参数化设计过程中 ,由于涡轮叶片精铸模具本身的复杂性导致三维电极设计复杂性增加。本文提出的设计方法考虑了设计效率和加工因素 ,因而电极设计效率高 ,并与模具活块具有几何关联性

Abstract:A CAD system for three dimensional electrode of turbo blade mould part is developed in this paper. Design of electrode parts is directly related to geometry shape of mould part. The design of three dimensional electrode parts is very complex due to the complex turbo blade mould shape and the structure in parametric design process. Considering design efficiency and machining conditions, the design method proposed in this paper has the characteristic of higher design efficiency and electrode parts are associated to mould parts in geometry shapes.
