摘    要: 为缩短占用井筒影响时间,实施给煤机硐室和溜煤眼同时施工。采用从下向上打眼放炮普通法施工,利用主斜井井筒原有施工设备出矸,减少运输环节、加快提升速度;在原有支护设计的基础上,将给煤机硐室直墙部分支护方式由浇注混凝土调整为喷射混凝土,避免了气候条件对施工进度的影响,缩短了施工工期,同时制定了其他相关安全保障措施,从而形成了一套系统的井底溜煤眼及给煤机硐室的快速施工技术,为今后溜煤眼及给煤机硐室快速施工积累了丰富的经验。
