修正齿丝锥攻丝成形原理仿真及其试验研究

摘    要:以修正齿丝锥的攻丝成形原理为理论基础,利用I-DEAS软件为开发平台,建立了修正齿丝锥的结构模型并模拟了攻丝过程,解决了修正齿丝锥设计的盲目性。通过攻丝试验证明:与标准丝锥相比,修正齿丝锥是解决高温合金GH4 16 9小孔攻丝更有效的工具

Abstract:Based on the tapping mechanics of modified tooth tap and using I-DEAS software package as the developing platform, the structural model of the modified tooth tap was established and the tapping process was simulated. And the blindness in designing modified tooth tap was eliminated. It was showed by some tapping tests that modified-tooth taps were the more efficient tools in tapping small hole of high-temperature alloy GH4169,compared with the standard taps.
