摘    要:建立了一种微波消解样品、氢化物发生原子荧光法测定鱼油中的铅含量的方法。该方法在选定的操作条件下,测定鱼油中铅的回收率为94.8%~102.3%,最低检出限为0.45ng/mL,相对标准偏差为5.2%。本方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,用于测定鱼油中的铅,结果良好。

Abstract:A novel method of the determination of lead in fish oil by microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was found. The detection limit , recovery rate, and RSD were 0.45 ng/mL,94. 8 %-102.3 % , and 5.2 % respectively under selected condition . The method is simple, fast and accurate for the determination of lead in fish oil.
