建筑室内热环境测试与分析

摘    要:针对影响人体热舒适的因素,分析了建筑热环境存在的问题,通过对室内外热环境的实际测试及主观调查,阐明了建筑物夏季热环境现状.根据典型条件下不同楼层和朝向室内温度的实测数据结果,剖析了引起室内过热的原因,总结了建筑防热及"内"与"外"结合、"用"与"防"结合的原则,同时提出屋顶隔热、窗户遮阳、地面绿化、通风降温等解决和改善建筑热环境的措施.最后指出利用建筑自身及生态化技术是提高人居环境质量的根本目标.

Abstract:Directing of the factors influencing human thermal comfort, this paper analyzes the existing main problems of thermal environment in buildings. Through actual test and subjective investigation of thermal environment indoors and outdoors, this paper clarifies the present situation of thermal environment in buildings during summer. According to the indoor temperature data form actual test of different floor and orientation under typical condition, this paper analyzes the task of heat insulation in buildings and the principle of combining 'inside' with 'outside', 'utilizing' with 'preventing'; then puts forward the measures of improve the thermal environment in buildings such as heat insulation through roof, sun shading by window, making green on ground, lowering the temperature by ventilation. At last, it points out that utilizing the buildings themselves and ecological technology is the fundamental goal of improving the quality of human residential environment.
