降烯烃催化剂LBO-12在催化裂化装置上的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了降烯烃催化剂LBO-12在兰州石化公司催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况,工业试验结果表明,当LBO-12催化剂占催化剂藏量90%以上,并降低反应温度及增加新鲜剂的补充量时,汽油烯烃含量下降到GB17930-1999标准的规定,和原装置数据相比,液化气收率增加1.28个百分点,轻质油收率下降0.69个百分点,而且LBO-12催化剂还具有较好的抗重金属污染能力。

Abstract:The application of a FCC gasoline olefin reduction catalyst LBO-12 in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was introduced. The commercial tesl, result showed that when the LBO-12 catalyst proportion in the catalyst inventory reached more than 90%, and at lower reaction temperature and higher fresh catalyst make-up rate, the olefin content in the naphtha reduced to 32. 0%, which could meet the standard of GB17930 - 1999. In comparison with the original operation result, the LPG increased by 1. 28 percentages, and the light oil yield decreased by 0. 69 percentage. The result also showed that the LBO-12 had better heavy metal tolerance ability.
