提高钢包在线底吹率的实践

摘    要:通过测定钢包底吹砖压力——流量特性曲线,对底吹残砖狭缝渗钢、钢包包底积钢、积渣进行分析,找出了影响55t钢包在线底吹率低的原因。通过调节透气砖狭缝厚度、增加狭缝个数,改善了透气砖的性能。采用捣打式包底代替浇铸式包底、加强新包底的烘烤、在底吹管道上安装逆止阀等措施,钢包在线底吹率由90%提高到96%。

Abstract:With determined characteristic curve of pressure-flow for brisk of bottom-blown ladle,it is analyzed the steel seeping into the narrow crack of broken brisk,steel and slag accumulating on bottom of ladle,the reason of low proportion of on-line bottom blown for 55-ton ladle found out.Through adjusting thickness of narrow crack of gas permeable brick,increasing number of crack,the property of brick improved.The proportion of on-line bottom-blown of ladle is increased from 90 to 96 percent,using ramming ladle bottom to replace casting one,strengthening roast of new ladle bottom and installing check valve on bottom-blown pipe.
