摘    要:利用共沉淀法使铁和铅的硝酸盐在NH_4OH作用下生成氢氧化物沉淀,经过过滤、干燥和煅烧得到了Fe_2O_3—PbO无硫无铬一氧化碳中温变换催化剂。通过对不同含铅量催化剂样品的活性测定,得到该催化剂最佳铅含量为12%(重量百分比),并且其活性高于某厂定型生产的无硫LHB—103型Fe_2O_3—Cr_2O_3催化剂。

Abstract:Fe_2O_3—PdO catalyst (sulfur—free and chromium—free) for the medium temperature shift reaction of carbon monoxide was prepared by ppty., Fe and Pb nitrates reacting with NH_4OH and their product hydroxides filtered, dried and calcined. The optimum Pb content of 12 wt% in this catalyst was found by determing the activities of several other catalyst samples which contained different per cent weight of lead. This catalyst showed higher activity than the LHB-103 sulfur—free catalyst produced by Liaohe Chemical Fertilizer Factory.
