摘    要:针对某大型武器装备系统庞大、故障检测难的特点,提出一种基于无线网络技术的在线监测与故障诊断方案。方案中下位机在ARM920T构架的32位微处理器S3C2410A基础上,进行外围扩展。包括信号采集、信号调理电路、JTAG接口、LED显示、无线网卡接口及RS232接口,从而实现大型武器装备各部位状态信息的数据采集及和上位主机的无线数据交互。上位主机由配置无线网卡微机组成,采用笔记本电脑,通过无线网卡接收各下位机采集的信息并显示,在专家系统的支持下给出检测诊断结论与故障信息。实验表明,该技术方案能实现大型武器装备的快速、准确故障定位与远程监测。

Abstract:Aimed at features of that a type of large weapon equipment system is huge and fault diagnosis is difficult, on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis concept based on wireless network technology were presented. Based on 32 Byte S3C2410 microprocessor with ARM920T core, lower computer consists of signal acquisition and processing circuit, JTAG interface, LED display, wireless net card interface, RS232 interface. Upper computer makes use of notebook computer with the wireless net card. The notebook computer receives and displays information acquired by lower computer, and finds out fault sources and diagnosis conclusion under the support of expert system. Experiment result showed that the system can implement expeditious and accurate fault location, and perform long-range monitoring for large weapon equipments,
