大型重油催化裂化装置再生器的设计

摘    要:生产装置的大型化,必然带来工艺设备的大型化,进而给设备的设计、制造、安装及材质的选择提出了诸多新问题。该文就大型催化裂化装置再生器的结构设计(包括壳体的设计、旋风分离系统的设计、低压降分布板的设计、空气环的设计和衬里结构的设计等)、材质的选择(包括内构件材质的选择及焊接材料的选择)等问题进行了较详细的论述和分析。

Abstract:The large scalization of production unit must cause the large scalization of process equipment. And some new problems of equipment design, manufactory, installation, and material selections were put forward. Some problems of structural designs (including shell design, cyclone system design, low pressure drop distribution plate design, air ring design and lining structure design etc),and material selections (including internal component material selecti on and welding material selection) of regenerator for large scale RFCC unit were mentioned and analyzed in detail in this article.
