三相电极调节器的建模及其仿真研究

摘    要:针对钢包精炼炉在炼钢过程中三相电极相互扰动严重,控制精度不够理想的问题,采用机理法推导得出了三相电极间的互扰模型,并进行了仿真研究,得到了满意的结果,为控制方法哟实施提供了坚实的理论基础。本课题为“九·五”攻关项目。

Abstract:Based on the overall construction of refining process, a mathematical model of the three-phase electrodes has been made in order to solve some questions in control accuracy and reaction oneach other. The simulation has been done and satisfactory result is obtained, which supplying the the-oretical basis for control method.
