| 摘 要： | 本文比较了近年来国内外鱼及加工产品中铅、砷、镉、汞等的限量标准,并通过对污染状况的地区差异与时间变化的影响因素分析,提出针对鱼种、鱼的不同部位和加工因素开展重金属限量修订的必要性。
