| Abstract: | The author introduced the construction condition of the Xisha sea dike project of Guangxi,probed into the project construction scheme and some problems of construction and management, analyzed and compared the economic rationality of the union dike. The author also proposed the countermeasures on strengthening engineering construction and management for improving the construction and management of the Xisha sea dike project and standard sea dike of Guangxi. |
