摘    要:低速性能是直接转矩控制(DTC)方法的瓶颈。通过对转矩观测问题的详尽分析,从数学上推导出DTC系统中由逆变器延时效应引入的磁通偏差和转矩偏差,分析了它们给DTC系统带来的影响,并给出了系统的计算机仿真结果。理论分析与系统仿真结果一致表明死区效应是DTC调速系统低速转矩稳态性能差的重要根源。

Abstract:Low-speed performance is a bottleneck of direct torque control (DTC) method.The voltage errors,torque errors and flux errors caused by the deadtime effect of inverters are obtained,their affections on system are also discussed. Simulation results are presented to verify the conclusion of theoretic analysis, in which the deadtime effect of inverters is one of the main sources of performance deterioration.in DTC variable speed system at low speed area.
