| 摘 要： | 介绍了YZR250-YZR355电机外装压生产的实施和改进过程。通过在生产过程中对冲片制造难点、铁心制造难点、有绕组定子铁心装压难点的解决,实现了电机外装压。使铁心压装、嵌线、浸漆与机座加工平行作业,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率和产品质量。并对取得的经济效益进行了分析和计算。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the production implementation and improvement of exterior pressuring process for YZR motors of frame sizes 250 to 355.Through solving the difficulties in manufacturing laminations and core and in pressuring stator core with windings,the exterior pressuring process can be adopted in motor assembly.The processing operations such as pressuring core,inserting windings,impregnating varnish and machining stator frame can be implemented at the same time.It can shorten the production cycle and improve production efficiency and product quality.The obtained economic benefits are analyzed and calculated in this paper. |
