电动汽车电池充电器的设计与研究

摘    要:针对某型电动汽车的6节12V/120Ah串联的动力铅酸电池组,设计了电动汽车充电器。充电器采用两级拓扑,前级功率因数校正,后级半桥DC/DC,具有功率因数高,效率好,性能安全的优点。基于NEC78F0881单片机实现充电功能控制,采用了慢脉冲快速充电方法,达到了快速充电的效果,并使蓄电池析气量少、温升低、充电效率高,延长了电池寿命。

Abstract:For a certain type of electric vehicles,six 12V/120AH power lead-acid batteries in series,the car charger is designed. Charger topology using two-level topology of pre-level power factor correction and post-level half-bridge DC / DC with high power factor,high efficiency,safety performance. With charging function control of the MCU NEC78F0881 and the slow pulse fast charging method,Charger achieves a rapid charging time with less gassing, low temperature, charge efficiency, and extends battery life.
