摘    要:含高浓度甲醛和甲酸的草甘膦生产母液的处理和回收是困扰草甘膦生产企业的难题。在减压条件下蒸发浓缩含有高浓度甲醛和甲酸的草甘膦母液,蒸出汽体通过催化剂床层,蒸出汽体中的甲醛和甲酸被彻底氧化为CO2和H2O。处理后蒸馏液中甲醛含量小于1 mg· kg-1,达到国家一级排放标准;甲醛几乎完全转化为CO2和H2O,pH达5.00以上,可直接排放或回用于草甘膦生产。考察了Pt含量、添加CeO2以及系统真空度等对Pt/AC催化剂催化性能的影响。

Abstract:The tretment and recovery of glyphosate waste stream containing high concentration formaldehyde and formic acid are the difficult problems which perplex the glyphosate factory. The glyphosate waste stream was treated by the distillation-catalytic oxidation coupling process under vacuum condition. Formaldehyde and formic acid contained in the evaporated vapor were completely oxidized to C02 and H20 when the vapor passed the catalyst bed. After treatment,formaldehyde was almost completely converted to CO2 and HzO,pH value reached more than 5.00,and formaldehyde content in the distillate was less than 1 mg · kg-1 ;the distillate can be directly discharged or reused for glyphosate production. The influence of content of Pt and Ce ,and vacuum pressure in the system on catalytic performance of the catalysts were also investigated.
