Merits and limits of thermalhydraulic plant simulations - towards a unified approach to qualify plant models

The paper describes the problems associated with building a Nuclear Plant Model for simulation of transients under the light of recent Spanish and Belgian experience and suggests an approach to qualify plant models based on post-processing and scaling techniques.
