旋风分离器翼阀磨损的气相流场分析

摘    要:采用FLUENT流体计算软件对催化裂化装置旋风分离器翼阀周围流场进行计算,分析了翼阀阀板边缘磨损的机理。计算表明,翼阀阀板边缘的磨损是气流携带催化剂颗粒造成的,属于气固两相流冲蚀磨损。由于旋风分离器料腿内的压力低,当翼阀张开时,催化剂颗粒随气流从上部开口缝隙倒流至料腿内部,斜向冲击翼阀阀板产生冲蚀磨损。磨损程度与开口缝隙大小、颗粒浓度、阀板位置有关。

Abstract:The gas flow field around the flapper valve of cyclone was simulated with CFD commercial software, FLUENT,to understand the erosion on the edge of the flapper valve.The computational results indicate that the erosion of the flapper valve is contributed to the impingement of the catalyst particles to the wall of the flapper valve.When the flapper valves are opened,some catalyst particles are entrained into dipleg from outside of the flapper valves because of low pressure in the dipleg.As these particles ente...
