水库移民生产生活水平可变模糊评价方法与应用

摘    要:应用可变模糊集理论对水库移民生产生活水平进行了评价研究。首先,通过构建水库移民生产生活水平评价指标体系与计算指标相对隶属度,建立了可变模糊模式识别评价模型;其次,变换模型参数及指标权重,实现对水库移民生产生活水平的多模型综合评价;再次,计算不同模型的级别特征值,并检验其稳定性,取级别特征值均值作为评价结果,确定水库移民生产生活水平的评价等级。以梁山县东平湖水库移民为例,对可变模糊评价方法的应用进行了分析研究。实例评价结果表明,该方法实用性强、计算结果可靠。

Abstract:Based on the variable fuzzy set theory, the reservoir region immigration′s production and living standard was evaluated. First, the index system was constructed and the membership degrees were calculated, which was involved in immigration′s production and living standard, and then the variable fuzzy recognition model was established. Second, several different models were constructed to evaluate the reservoir region immigrations′s production and living standard by varing the model parameters and weights of all indicators. Finally, the grade characteristic values of every model were calculated, and their stability was checked. This evaluation could properly determine the assessment level of the sample, which depended on the average values of the grade characteristics of the proposed models. This method was used to evaluate the reservoir region immigration′s production and living standard of Liangshan County in Dongping Lake reservoir. The example evaluation results proved the feasibility and reliability of this method.
