摘    要:故障检测电路是固态断路器中的重要组成部分,其检测速度的快慢,直接影响到断路器能否及时动作.本文通过采用以一种二阶带通滤波电路为基础的检测电路,实现了对电流的di/dt检测.仿真和实验结果表明,该电路能在不同故障状态下在2ms以内及时检测出短路电流.

Abstract:Fault current detection circuit is an important part of solid state circuit breaker, the detection speed can directly affect the action of solid state circuit breaker. This paper realizes the di/dt detection by introducing a detection circuit based on a second order band-pass filter circuit. The simulation and experimental results show that the circuit can detect the fault current in 3 ms under different fault conditions.
