配电网电容电流测量准确性研究

摘    要:随着电缆在配电网中的大量应用,系统电容电流水平不断提高,准确便捷地测量配电网系统对地电容电流成为研究领域的热点。介绍了常用的对地电容电流的测量方法以及估算方法,针对现实中存在的对地电容电流的测量不准确现象,分析了影响准确测量电容电流的原因,提出了增强中性点非直接接地系统电容电流测量准确性的措施。

Abstract:With the wide application of cable in voltage distribution network,the level of capacitive current of the system increases. More and more researchers focus on how to measure the capacitive current to the ground of the distribution network system precisely and swiftly. A number of causes that influence existing inaccurate measurement of capacitive current were summed up and the measurement methods were introduced. Some measures were proposed to improve the measurement accuracy of the capacitive current of neutral-point indirect ground system.
