摘    要:通过现状排放、环境质量控制目标与预测环境质量、污染物削减和浓度贡献分析,核定得到了准确可靠的昆明城区二氧化硫环境容量;研究建立的从宏观理想容量到实际容量的多种模型体系,能较好地应用于二氧化硫环境容量研究;ISCLT3、环境规划模型较好地模拟了污染源与环境空气质量的响应关系,且二者具有较好的一致性.

Abstract:Firstly,a reliable SO2 environmental capacity has been determined according to the analysis of control aim,model prediction,pollutant reduction and concentration contribution.Secondly,the model system from macro-capacity to actual capacity including the whole process of capacity research is established,which can be successfully applied in SO2 environmental capacity research.Thirdly,model of ISCLT3 and programming model can build a good relationship between emission and air quality,the result from which is coherent very well.
