真丝绸接枝柠檬酸及马来酸酐抗皱的研究

摘    要:以磷酸二氢钠为催化剂,用柠檬酸及马来酸酐试剂分别通过化学接枝和辐照接枝的方法,对真丝绸进行抗皱改性。经不同时间,溶液浓度等工艺条件的试验,在合适的工艺条件下,两种试剂处理都能达到抗皱的效果,担白度和强度都有下降。辐照接枝时用柠檬酸效果不佳,而用马来酸酐的抗皱性能大大提高,对白度和强度影响不大。

Abstract:Silk fabrics are modified by the methods of chemical grafting and irradiated grafting respectively with citric acid and maleic anhydride along with sodium dihydrogen phosphate as catlyst. After many tries with different time and solution concentration, it is found that both of the treatments have anti crease effect under suitable process conditions. But whiteness as well as strength decreases. When used irradiated grafting, the effect with citric acid is not good. However, with maleic anhydride the crease resistance is improved largely without much effect on whiteness and strength.
