摘    要:以无间隙原子钢为研究对象,使用交变湿热、大气挂片以及电化学等试验方法,研究了化学钝化处理对其耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:钝化液的浓度、钝化时间、钝化温度对无间隙原子钢的耐蚀性都有明显的影响。随着钝化时间、钝化温度及钝化液浓度的增加,耐蚀时间不断增加。

Abstract:The effect of chemical passivation on corrosion resistance of Interstitial Free(IF) steel was investigated by the experiments including alternate wet heat experiments,atmosphere corrosion tests and electrochemicstry experiments.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the IF steel is affected by the factors of passivation time,the solution concentration and temperature.The corrosion resistance of the IF steel was enhanced by increasing of the passivation time,the solution concentration and temperature.
