Outer Constraint Thermal Fatigue Property of W-Cr Alloy White Cast Iron

For developing new material of W-Cr alloy white cast iron nip roller,its thermal fatigue property under outer-constraint is studied.The results show that the main factors influencing the property are yield strength and temperature.The higher the yield strength and temperature are,the higher the thermal fatigue strength is;and with the rising of upper cycle temperature,the plastic deformation is more serious,more times are needed for tensile stress to get cyclic stability,the thermal fatigue strength comes down,and the fracture surface is of cleavage fracture character.
