我国高水平综合大学参与教师教育的现状、问题及对策研究

摘    要:“以师范院校为主体、综合大学参与”是我国教师教育发展的基本方针。研究表明,我国高水平综合大学参与教师教育存在的问题有:参与的积极性不高;参与教师教育的基础十分薄弱;注重职后培训,忽视职前教师培养;缺乏教师教育文化的氛围等等。基于此,我国高水平综合大学要承担起教师教育的社会责任;加大参与教师教育的投入;加强教师培训与培养一体化:以及培育教师教育文化氛围。

Abstract:Investigating on teacher education institutes of Chinese mainland high-quality comprehensive universities, it finds that Chinese mainland high-quality comprehensive universities have less interest in teacher education, the base of teacher education is very weak, more attention is paid on in-service teacher training rather than pre-service teacher training and the atmosphere of teacher education is weak. This paper argues that Chinese mainland high-quality comprehensive universities should take more responsibilities on teacher education, invest more in teacher education, take more attention on pre-service and in-service teacher training and cultivate the atmosphere of teacher education.
