空载变压器油箱表面振动信号的初步研究

摘    要:利用变压器振动测量系统测取了空载变压器油箱表面的振动信号 ,根据对铁心振动信号特征、不同位置处振动信号的差异的研究提出了运用振动信号分析法在线监测变压器铁心时 ,同时分析三相振动信号及与各自的历史振动数据相比较的方法。

Abstract:The vibration signal analysis method is an effective method used for on -line monitoring the power transformer delitescent fault. In this paper, according to the shortage of monitoring core condition, the vibration signals measured from the surface of transformer oil tank using vibration measurement system under no-load condition are studied. The characteristics of core vibration signal, similarities and differences of each phase tank surface's vibration signals caused by core vibration are researched. It is presented that when using vibration signal analysis method to on-line monitor transformer core vibration signal of three phases synchronously can be analyzed and each historical vibration data can be compared with acquire diagnostic result.
