基于混合元胞自动机的护栏防撞端头设计

摘    要:为提高护栏防撞端头的防撞等级,结合正交试验设计思想,在建立长度不一的防撞端头吸能空腔的等效拓扑优化模型基础上对防撞端头进行设计。基于混合元胞自动机方法进行耐撞性拓扑优化分析,得到几种不同吸能空腔结构的截面拓扑构型,分析不同截面拓扑构型的吸能能力,确定最佳拓扑构型。结果表明:根据耐撞性拓扑优化获得的最佳截面拓扑构型设计的防撞端头,能够满足100 km/h失控车辆的碰撞要求,提高了现有防撞端头的防撞等级;防撞端头总长不超过4 m,实现了护栏防撞端头的小型化、轻量化设计。

Abstract:In order to improve the anti-collision of the guardrail anti-collision end terminal(ACET), this paper sets up the equivalent topological optimization model by combining with the idea of orthogonal design and designs a kind of ACET.Based on the hybrid cellular automata (HCA) method, the topological optimization analysis of the crash-worthiness was implemented, and the topological configurations of several different energy-absorption cavity structures were obtained.Then the energy-absorption capacity of different cross-sectional topological configurations was analyzed toacquire the optimal topological configuration.The experiment results show that the ACET of the optimal cross-sectional topological configuration is capable to meet the collision requirement of errant vehicle at the speed of 100 km/h. The ACET total length is no more than 4m, and a small-light-weight design is achieve.
