基于BIM的泵闸工程机电设备维修管理平台开发

摘    要:在泵闸工程运维阶段,涉及大量的机电设备维修任务,传统方式是由维修管理人员依据事先制定的定期维修计划,通过查询设备的二维图纸、文件等大堆资料,进而开展各类设备的维护与修理工作,耗费大量时间且难以有效管理。针对上述弊端,在考虑泵闸工程机电设备维修管理特点的前提下,充分分析维修管理活动的基本信息,指出传统管理方式的局限性及突破方向,以此为基础,结合BIM技术及IFC标准体系,建立泵闸工程机电设备维修管理新型信息模型,并以此开发机电设备维修管理平台。该管理平台基于机电设备的三维可视化窗口,综合维修知识数据库可实现对水电站机电设备现场维修与管理。

Abstract:In the operation and maintenance phase of the pump and sluice project, it involves a large number of tasks of maintaining electromechanical equipment, for which the traditional way is that according to the scheduled maintenance plan in advance, the maintenance management personnel carry out maintenance and repair work of all kinds of equipment by inquiring the two-dimensional drawings, documents, and other piles of data of the equipment. However, it is time consuming and difficult to manage effectively. Against the drawbacks above, under the premise of considering the characteristics of maintenance management of electromechanical equipment in pump and sluice project, this paper fully analyzed the basic information of maintenance management activities, and point out the limitation of the traditional management method and its breakthrough direction.Then combined with BIM technology and IFC standard system, and established a new information model of maintenance management of electromechanical equipment in pump and sluice project. Finally, a maintenance management platform was designed for electromechanical equipment, which provides systematic support for the maintenance and management of electromechanical equipment of hydropower stations based on its 3D visualization function and comprehensive maintenance knowledge database.
