摘    要:万州净化厂主要是处理云安厂及高峰场气田的中高含硫天然气,上游气田在开采过程中加入了表面活性物质,这些物质随气流进入脱硫胺液系统,加上再生塔塔底温度比其它装置的操作温度偏高,溶液中的高酸性组分及其它杂质的相互影响造成重沸器腐蚀加重,成为装置安全平稳运行的隐患。该文对脱硫溶液再生重沸器的设备腐蚀原因进行了分析,并从工艺、设备、操作管理等方面了提出防范措施,以供相关技术人员参考。

Abstract:High sulfur natural gas coming from Yunan plant and Gao Fengchang gas field is treated in Wanzhou purification plant.Some surface-active substances are added to the natural gas during the exploitation of upstream gas field,which will be brought into amine solution of desulfurization unit.In addition,the temperature at the bottom of regenerator is higher than the operation temperature in other devices.The interaction between the high acidity components and other impurities will aggravate the corrosion of reboiler.All these factors could be hidden danger to the smooth running of the unit.Some equipment corrosion reasons which result in the corrosion of reboiler are analyzed elementarily and furthermore,some preventive measures were put forward for reference according to technology,equipment and operation management.
