蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体专用砂浆力学性能的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究出与蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体较好匹配的专用砂浆及其不同龄期强度的变化规律.按照砌体基本力学性能标准试验方法。对不同配比、核心料及强度等级的384个砂浆试件分别进行了龄期为7d、14d、21d、28d抗压试验,分析其抗压强度变化规律。试验结果找到了满足要求的专用砂浆。拟合出了专用砂浆强度随龄期的变化规律。结论是加核心料的专用砂浆早期强度比普通砂浆增长的快:专用砂浆和易性及粘稠性比普通砂浆要好许多。但核心料对砂浆的强度影响极大.使其强度损失达到了50%左右。

Abstract:In order to study the suitable special mortar for the autoclaved fly ash brick masonry and the change rule of compressive strength for the different age period's special mortar, test is carried out on 384 mortar samples. The test shows that the early compressive strength of special mortar increases quickly than the normal mortar; the special mortar's workability and stickiness is much better than that of the normal mortar. But the core materials have a bad influence on the compressive of the special mortar, reduces it around 50%.
