催化汽油醚化装置的安全联锁特点

摘    要:国内某炼厂新建的催化汽油醚化装置引进国外技术,其工艺流程及安全联锁方案与国内其他醚化装置相比具有一定的特点。该文主要介绍讨论了该装置重要的安全联锁方案,包括通用的烃类隔断联锁、加热炉联锁、压缩机及离心泵相关的联锁。同时描述了该装置特有的联锁保护方案,如加氢蒸馏塔的安全联锁、醚化反应器及异构化反应器的联锁。这些安全联锁方案的设置对催化汽油醚化装置的设计和安全操作具有重要作用,并有效避免了工艺过程中的潜在危险。

Abstract:The foreign process technology is introduced to build a new FCC gasoline etherification unit in a refinery.The process flow and safety interlocking scheme have some special characteristics compared to the other etherification units.Important safety interlocking systems of the unit are introduced and discussed,including the normal hydrocarbon inventory isolation interlocking,the heater interlocking,the compressor interlocking and the pump interlocking.Meanwhile,the special interlockings of the unit are described,including the hydrogenation column interlocking,the etherification reactor and isomerization reactor interlockings.These safety interlockings are important to the design and safe operation of the FCC gasoline etherification unit,which can avoid the potential danger in the process.
