摘    要:在保健酒生产中应用微波技术,能使酒液分子群重排缔合,起到熟化增香的目的,可提高产品质量;与传统列管式换热相比较,节能60%.

Abstract:Microwave technique was applied in the production of health wine., which could rearrange the associated molecule in wine. As a result, it could realize wine aging and aroma-improving and improve wine quality. Compared with traditional tube heat exchange technique, microwave technique could save 60 % energy.
