摘    要:管材生产厂家因对管材的包辛格效应估计不足,致使管材制成管后,部分焊管的屈服极限低于用户要求被判为不合格产品。通过对管材抗拉屈服极限的研究,提出要准确地估计包辛格效就值,并应定出供货的屈服极限范围。

Abstract:Yield strength of a part of welding pipes supplied is lower than that needed by the user because of insufficent prediction to Bauschinger's effect made by the manufactory. These pipes are known as waste products. Precise prediction to Bauschinger's effect values is given based on the study of tensile yield strength for pipes, so does the range of yield strength supplied.
