| 摘 要： | 对苯乙烯装置SMART反应器国产化制造进行了详细的阐述，重点介绍了304H钢的采购技术指标、材料到货检验及复验、304H焊接工艺试验以及上、下封头制造及机械加工、三圈栅网到货检验、反应器和三圈栅网现场安装及检验。通过采取合理的焊接、热处理、机械加工及安装工艺，成功地完成苯乙烯装置SMART反应器国产化制造，制造质量完全满足国外工艺条件及设计图样要求。

| Abstract: | The domestic manufacture's process of the styrene SMART reactor has been discussed in detail.It emphasized the stocked technical standard of steel 304H,the method of testing and retesting the material,the experiment of weld craftwork,the manufacture and machining of the top and bottom head,the fitting and testing of the reactor and the tri-circle screen.It has been finished that successfully by adopting the rational method of welding,heat treating,machining and fixing.Its quality meets the external technical conditions and the requirement of the blueprint completely. |
