Exploration of Function of Index Measurement in Title Assessment of Higher Vocational Colleges

Title assessment is an important part of personnel work in higher vocational colleges. According to existing problems in title assessment, this paper analyzes basis and principles for building index system, contents which should be considered and problems which should be em-phasized thus to build a scientific index measurement system and ensure the smooth implementa-tion of title assessment work.
